Spent one night here with my two adult children. Brittney the proprietor was gracious and helpful with our luggage. The hotel was spotless clean and fresh from a recent remodel. Night sleep was quite and restful
Very convenient, beach front. Accessible being keyless!!!! The rooms and hallways are clean. They have a kitchenette with fridge and microwave in the common area. I am definitely booking here if ever I come back at Catalina Island!
The rooms are modern and well-updated, with the added bonus of an Apple TV setup and a very comfortable bed. The bathrooms are spacious and spotless. The service is exceptional—staff reach out ahead of time with clear details, making check-in quick and easy. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and close to plenty of great food and entertainment options. I will definitely be coming back.
Amazing experience here! We are so thankful we booked a room at the Edgewater. We came to Catalina island for our first wedding anniversary and we loved every minute of our stay. The view from our room was amazing. Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach.
Last month we stayed at the Edgewater Hotel in Catalina. This hotel is truly on the “edge of the water”. Just step out the door with your beach towel (which is provided) and go for a swim in the largest pool in the world! Everything is close by, including the amazing can’t miss Catalina Museum - just around the corner. Our room was the best! Everything was a perfect 5 star. The bed was comfy, the room very clean and robes also provided. We had fun enjoying the various activities and had the luxury of convenience to stop at the Edgewater to change for the next activity. Our suite has a lovely view of the harbor and Casino, with couch, table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view. When we go again, we will definitely stay at the Edgewater Hotel. And, highly recommend it!
My stay at the edgewater was amazing! The room was spotless, as was the entire property. You will not find a better location either. The best part was the staff. Holy cow, were they all above and beyond. I will never stay anywhere else when i visit Catalina
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is in a perfect location right on the beach. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family . Thank you
Quiet, clean, private, in the main area, close to everything. After booking, you are given key code access to the main entrance, and a key code to the room that you will be staying in, you will be automatically checked in and your key code will start working at 3pm on the day of your booking. No need to be in contact with hotel personnel. The first two rooms have grand views of the beachfront and the remaining six rooms are situated on either side of a hallway leading up to the patio area. There is a small shared kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave for the guests as well. They offer towel service as needed. Apple TV in rooms require you to sign in if you want to watch anything. Only thing is that there was not a full length mirror in the room, which I think is a very basic thing to have for a hotel room.
